These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the maxgiveway Affiliate Program (“Program”). By participating in the Program, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before joining.
1. Eligibility
To participate in the Program, you must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into agreements. maxgiveway reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its discretion.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities
As an affiliate, you agree to:
- Promote maxgiveway products and services in an ethical and lawful manner.
- Avoid using false or misleading claims or content.
- Not engage in spamming, false advertising, or other prohibited marketing methods.
- Ensure that all promotional activities comply with applicable laws and regulations, including FTC guidelines.
3. Commissions
- Affiliates earn commissions based on successful referrals that result in a qualifying purchase through their unique affiliate link.

- Any manipulation, fraud, or misuse of affiliate links may result in termination from the Program and forfeiture of earned commissions.
5. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates must not:
- Use paid search engine ads (such as Google Ads) that bid on maxgiveway trademarks or variations of those terms.
- Promote on websites that contain or promote illegal, unethical, or inappropriate content (including hate speech, violence, or adult material).
- Engage in cookie stuffing, link hijacking, or other fraudulent practices.
6. Termination
maxgiveway reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time if you violate these Terms or for any reason deemed necessary. Upon termination, you will no longer have access to the affiliate dashboard and any unpaid commissions will be forfeited.
7. Intellectual Property
As an affiliate, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to use maxgiveway trademarks, logos, and promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting maxgiveway products. Any unauthorized use of intellectual property may result in termination from the Program.
8. Confidentiality
Any confidential information shared between maxgiveway and affiliates, including but not limited to commission rates, marketing strategies, and customer data, must not be disclosed to third parties.
9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
maxgiveway makes no express or implied warranties with respect to the Program or any products sold through the Program. We are not responsible for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this agreement or the Program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Changes to the Terms
maxgiveway reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes, and continued participation in the Program will signify acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of bangladesh/dhaka, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
